General sales terms and conditions for online ticket purchase

Pursuant to the powers given, the President of the Management Board of
Zagrebački holding d.o.o., Slobodan Ljubičić passed on 5 July 2013 the
following
 
General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales
by Zagreb Coach Terminal
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
1.1 These General Conditions (hereinafter: General Conditions for Online Ticket
Sales) govern the online ticket sales on website of Zagrebački holding d.o.o.,
Podružnice Autobusni kolodvor - www.akz.These General Conditions for Online
Ticket Sales supplement the provisions of currently valid General Conditions for
performing coach terminal activities.
 
1.2 In case of online ticket buying, General Terms and Conditions of performing
coach terminal activities shall be applied only if the following provisions do not
imply otherwise.
 
 
2. BUYING TICKETS VIA THE INTERNET
 
2.1 Users can buy tickets via the Internet for scheduled passenger transport on
www.akz.hr. On every purchase through the Internet user agrees to the relevant
parts of General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales and General Conditions for
performing coach terminal activities.
2.2 A passenger can pick up a ticket at the ticket office of Zagreb Coach Terminal,
Zagreb, Avenija Marina Držića 4, upon presenting a slip – bar code which he/she
receives via e-mail. The ticket-seller shall print out the ticket to the first bearer of the
slip, whereby it shall be considered that the obligation of Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb
toward the passenger is fully met.
 
3. CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE
3.1 When purchasing a ticket via the Internet, the contract of a ticket purchase is
realized by submission of a slip – bar code via e-mail on successful purchase. The
Contract of Carriage is deemed to have been completed upon a successful payment transaction; a slip will be sent via e-mail only after the payment is done. If online
payment is not made, purchases will be deleted.
3.2 A slip– bar code received by a buyer via e-mail shall not be valid as a ticket, and
the buyer cannot exercise guarantees pertaining to it. The contract of carriage is
concluded only by submission of the ticket at ticket offices of Zagreb Coach
Terminal.3.3 If a passenger selects any of the available discounts on the Internet, the
carrier reserves the right to ask from him/her to show a proof that he/she belongs to
the discount category selected. If the passenger fails to prove it, he/she shall pay an
additional charge up to the full fare price. In case the passenger does not agree to
pay the difference in price in the above case, the carrier reserves the right not to
permit the passenger to enter the vehicle.
 
 4. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT OF TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE
 
4.1 A ticket is either replaced or returned as described in General terms and
conditions of performing coach terminal activities exclusively at the complaints offices
of Zagreb Coach Terminal.
4.2 If a buyer does not want to return a ticket at the ticket offices of Zagreb Coach
Station, he can contact theprofessional staff of Zagreb Coach Terminal to do the
same for him/her. In this case such requests shall be submitted in writing, exclusively
via e-mail to: AKZ.podrska@zgh.hr.
The above method of ticket return applies only to transactions from the Republic of
Croatia. In other cases, ticket return may be done in the manner described in section
4.1.
A buyer shall submit the identification code received upon completion of payment to
the specified e-mail address.
In the case referred to in section 4.2 the tickets shall be returned in the manner
described in General conditions of performing coach terminal activities, and Zagreb
Coach Terminal undertakes, at request of a passenger who gives up travelling, to
refund money he/she paid for a ticket, with deduction of 30% of the ticket price for
handling costs, with no refund of money paid for terminal service, place marking and
boarding pass 5. PAYMENT
5.1 Payment procedure is fully explained on www.akz.hr.
 
6. DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY AND SECURITY
6.1 Personal data from an order are collected, processed and used in accordance
with the relevant laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the case of an order on the
website www.akz.hr, the credit card data are protected by secure online link (SSL)
between the buyer’s PC and the connected PC.
 
7. KEEPING AND ARCHIVING TICKETS BOUGHT ONLINE
7.1 Tickets purchased online are kept for 30 days from the date of departure of a
coach and then are stored in the Accounting department of Podružnica.
 
8. MISCELLANEOUS
 
8.1 Considering technical particularities of the Internet it cannot be guaranteed that
all purchasing modules on website www.akz.hr will be available at all times.
8.2 In case of dispute, the laws of the Republic of Croatia shall apply and the
jurisdiction of the competent Court in Zagreb.

These General terms and conditions are published on the AKZ’s notice board and on
the website www.akz.hr
These General terms and conditions shall enter into force on the eighth day of its
publication in the AKZ’s notice board.
