Ticket purchase online at Zagreb Bus Terminal’s web site


For buses departing from Zagreb Bus Terminal, tickets can be bought on our web site by clicking “Departures-Arrival” link. Online purchase is not available for departures that leave within next 1 hours, so in those cases there will be no “Buy” button displayed.   Online purchase process will not only make a reservation, but actual purchase has to be made via Mastercard, Visa or Maestro credit card. Up to four tickets (for adults and children) can be bought through one online transaction and seats can be reserved. For each seat, type of ticket has to be selected from a drop down menu. After a successful purchase process, a confirmation e-mail with a coupon containing bar code will be sent to your e-mail address.   Ticket should be picked up with coupon containing bar code at Zagreb Bus Terminal’s ticket office (00:00-24:00), but not later than 30 minutes before departure. Ticket reservation via telephone


Tickets can also be booked by telephone every day from 00:00 to 24:00. Price of delivery is 25 HRK per delivery (VAT included).
IMPORTANT!
  • Tickets that are ordered during working days before 13:00 will be delivered the same day not later than 15:00.
  • Orders made after 13:00 on working days and during weekends will be delivered on next working day between 13:00 and 15:00.

You can reserve or buy your ticket at our ticket offices on Zagreb Bus Terminal. Operating hours of our ticket offices is every day from 00:00 to 24:00. Payment can be done with cash, MasterCard/Maestro and Visa card.

Home delivery of tickets
Tickets can be delivered to home address within Zagreb city limits, during working days between 12:00 and 15:00. Tickets can be ordered by phone at 060 313 333 (1,74 HRK/min for calls from fixed line; 2,96 HRK/min for calls from mobile networks, VAT included); control number +385 1 6008 677 (from 08:00 to 16:00). Ordered tickets should be paid upon delivery in cash.
