Obeo is an application for the sale of travel tickets of all operators.
You can buy a ticket in our Obeo application, on the website www.akz.hr, at the ticket office or at the self-service ticket offices at the Zagreb Bus Station.
Our application offers the purchase of tickets for the departures of all transport companies, while other applications offer only their own departures. Obeo is an application where you can make a reservation for a return ticket if you have purchased the ticket in the application or loaded it into the application. You can load tickets purchased on the website www.akz.hr, at the ticket office or at the self-service ticket offices in the area of the Zagreb Bus Station.
 
It is not necessary to register to buy a ticket, but registration makes it easier to buy. When you register, you have access to the app’s advanced features and do not have to re-enter your purchase information each time.
 
You can buy a ticket with VISA, Mastercard and Maestro cards of all issuers.
 
The scanner allows you to load a ticket purchased at the ticket office or self-service ticket office or on www.akz.hr. Its purpose is to allow the user to buy a reservation for a return ticket without having to go to the bus station or to a ticket office. It also protects you from losing the ticket or having it fade during the validity period of the return ticket, which can be up to 180 days.
 
The Obeo mobile application allows you to share tickets. You can send the ticket to another user of the Obeo mobile application or in .pdf format to various applications (WhatsApp, Viber, etc.).
 
Saving the card means that after the initial authorization, no authorization is required for subsequent purchases, reducing the payment to one click.
 
The security of our customers is our top priority. That is why our websites are protected by a Secure Socket Layers (SSL) certificate, which protects our users’ data.
 
A customer can buy a maximum of four tickets for a single departure. For certain operators, it is necessary to provide the first and last name of the passenger.
 
You can log in to the application by registering or through Facebook, Google or your Apple account on iOS. 
You can change the password in the application by entering the old password and the new one.
 
If you activate the location services on your mobile phone, you will have a map on the home screen that will guide you to the nearest stop.
 
You can access your account from another device.
 
You can return the ticket within 30 minutes before departure by selecting the ticket you want to return and clicking the Return button. The application sends an automated message to customer service, who will issue a refund to the card used to purchase the ticket.
 
You can purchase a new return reservation by deleting the previous reservation. There can only be one active reservation on a return ticket.
 
Deleting the profile will delete all purchased tickets and all data about the user. It is no longer possible to access them.
 
Unfortunately, you will not be able to make a refund. It is recommended to buy the ticket in advance.
Only tickets purchased at the Zagreb Bus Station ticket office, self-service ticket offices or on the website www.akz.hr can be loaded into the application.
 
Baggage is not included in the ticket price.
