TIC will provide all information about the City of Zagreb, and specially trained staff will provide highly quality and professional service. This new Centre is one of the first similar centres in Croatia, which will hold promotional materials of Croatian National Tourist Board.

Working hours is completely adjusted to the beneficiaries: working days from 8.30 till 20.30 h; weekends and holidays from 10.00 till 16.00 h. TIC is closed only four days a year, namely Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter and All Saints Day.
