Customers of Zagreb Bus Terminal can now buy bus tickets via Terminal’s web site. The new service was introduced with the intention to modernize the sales process, and enable customers to purchase tickets from the comfort of their home.
With the ability to purchase tickets using Maestro, MasterCard and VISA cards, customers can also select desired seat in the bus during the purchase. Purchased tickets have to be picked up at the ticket office of Zagreb Bus Terminal prior to departure, without waiting.
 

Buy the ticket in a few easy steps 

The procedure of online ticket purchase is very simple. Customer should click the link “DEPARTURES-ARRIVALS” on main web page and there choose desired destination and date and click the “FIND” button. System will then display all available buses for the desired period. Beside options for “Stations” and for “Prices”, there is also an option “Buy” for the lines where online purchase is available. It has to be mentioned that online purchase is possible up to 6 hours before departure and “Buy” button will not be available for departures that are within that time limit. 

After personal and credit card details are entered and transaction is made, customer will receive via e-mail payment confirmation as well as the reservation itself. Ticket has to be picked up at the ticket office of Zagreb Bus Terminal not later than 30 minutes before the departure.
