The elevator located in the northern part of the building enables unhindered movement of persons with reduced mobility and facilitates access to arrival and departure platforms.

The facilities inside the Bus Station building can also be reached by three escalators, which are at the southern and northern entrance and at the arrival platform.

In cooperation with the Association of Blind and Visually Impaired Persons, tactile strips for easier movement of blind persons have been installed and connect the exterior with the interior of the building, from the tram stop, ticket offices to departure platforms.

At the arrival platform on the ground floor is a restroom which is fully adapted to persons in wheelchairs, as well as the access route to it.

Aiming to make travel easier for all Zagreb Bus Station customers, our friendly staff is at the disposal of persons with disabilities, the elderly and other people with reduced mobility 24 hours a day.
