Ticket purchase online at Zagreb Bus Terminal’s web site
You can buy tickets for buses departing from Zagreb Bus Station on our website using the home page app. The system displays online purchase option only for buses departing in more than one hour before purchase, i.e. the "Buy" option is not shown for buses departing within the next hour.
Seat booking only is not possible with the "Buy" option – you have to pay for the ticket at the end of the process, i.e. you are required to enter customer and credit card information. You can pay online with Mastercard/Visa credit cards and Maestro/Visa Electron debit cards.
A single customer may purchase up to 4 tickets at once (for adults or children) and book seats. Please use the drop-down menu to select your ticket type for each seat.
After a successful purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation and bar-code voucher at the email address you have provided. You can get your ticket at any time by showing your barcode voucher at the Bus Station ticket office, however, no later than 30 minutes prior to departure.

Ticket booking via phone
Tickets can be booked via phone every day from 00:00 to 24:00.
The phone ticket booking price is 12.00 HRK (VAT included).
Information and booking for calls from Croatia: 072 500 400 (local toll).
Information and booking for international customers: +385 1 647 11 00
Ticket delivery fee is 25 HRK per delivery (VAT included).

IMPORTANT!
- Tickets that are ordered during working days before 13:00 will be delivered the same day not later than 15:00.
- Orders made after 13:00 on working days and during weekends will be delivered on next working day between 13:00 and 15:00.
